Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services.

1. General

NuMa Travel & Tourism provides private taxi services, safari tour arrangements (including Yala and Udawalawa National Parks), and tourism-related travel services in Sri Lanka. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation is received.
Bookings may be made via website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.

3. Payments

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and online payment methods (where available).
Prices may vary due to fuel cost changes, park entrance fee revisions, or seasonal demand.
Safari park entrance tickets and jeep fees are charged according to government regulations.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
No refunds will be provided for:

Last-minute cancellations
No-shows
Safari bookings once tickets and jeep reservations are confirmed

Refunds are subject to park authority and service provider policies.

5. Safari Tours – Important Information

Safari timings are subject to park regulations, weather conditions, and wildlife movements.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Park rules and jeep driver instructions must be strictly followed.
Safari entrance tickets are non-refundable once issued.

6. Taxi Service Terms

Vehicle type will be provided based on availability.
Air-conditioning, luggage limits, and passenger capacity depend on the selected vehicle.
Additional charges may apply for:

Extra stops
Extended waiting time
Night travel or special requests

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.
Any damage caused to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Passengers must comply with Sri Lankan laws and safety regulations.

8. Liability Disclaimer

NuMa Travel & Tourism shall not be liable for:

Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or road closures
Accidents or events beyond our control
Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.

9. Changes & Modifications

We reserve the right to amend routes, schedules, or services if required due to unforeseen circumstances. Suitable alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

10. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected solely for booking and service-related purposes. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required to deliver services.
